Professional Services

Take the Stage has expanded its range of professional services and now offers private coaching throughout the Long Beach/Orange County area and in her private Long Beach home studio. Video services for self-tape auditions and/or rehearsal and training purposes is also offered. For our professional (or soon to be professional) actor students, we offer occasional demo reel and headshot photography shoots, ensuring that Take the Stage students have all the tools necessary to present their very best self to agents, managers, and casting.

Additionally, we frequently bring in industry guests for specialty workshops on "The Business" and to answer specific questions about agents and managers, casting process, university and performance academy placement auditions.  Upcoming workshops will always be listed on our Special Events page.

Private Coaching/Self Tape Auditions

Private Coaching is available with Bethany Price throughout the Long Beach/Orange County area and in her private Long Beach home studio. Video services for self-tape auditions and/or rehearsal and training purposes is also offered.

Actor Demo Reels

Perfect for performers ready to audition professionally, or who are already auditioning but who don't yet have a significant body of work already shot and available for a current demo reel.

Personalized short scenes - at least 4 or 5 - are written or edited for each actor, and then rehearsed, shot and edited into professional-quality 45-second (or longer) demo reels showcasing the performer's strengths. All demos are shot using high-definition, 4K cameras by a professional videographer, with high quality sound and professional direction. Costs range from $650-$800 (exact price is dependent on the number of actors shooting demos during the agreed upon shoot dates.)

Professional Headshot Sessions

Throughout the year, we invite students to take advantage of highly discounted photography sessions with Los Angeles based professional headshot photographers. Rates generally run from $75-$120 for a 2-3 look photo shoot. A current headshot is a must for all actors and most professionals!
